James Wilson McDowellNEIL (OBE)On 23rd January 2022, peacefully at home, James (Jim) Wilson McDowell Neil (OBE) of Vendaceburn, Lochmaben. Much loved husband of Halina. He will be sadly missed by his children Jenny and Cameron, stepchildren, Stephen and Becky and all of his grandchildren. A good friend to many. The cortege will leave Vendaceburn at 11.30am on Friday 4th of February, passing through Lochmaben on route to Roucan Loch Crematorium. Regrettably, due to the current circumstances the funeral service will be private.
